Hoosier Homes supports 1–2 unit single-family homes, PUDs, townhouses, condos, and eligible manufactured housing — when you occupy the home as your primary residence.
Hoosier Homes lists the property categories above, but your first mortgage — FHA, VA, USDA, or HFA conventional — still has to approve the specific house, condo project, or manufactured setup.
That means a condo can be “eligible” for Hoosier Homes on paper and still fail a project review, or a manufactured home can clear the DPA list and still miss foundation or title requirements for the first lien.
